Pinoy Bloggers Outreach #3: Silid Aralan Inc.

Silid Aralan Inc. is a foundation that promotes customized learning for academically and financially challenged students in their after-school scholarship program.

PBO was privileged to help SAI by donating school supplies and helping paint their classroom at their Montalban Town Center Office on June 1st.

PBO met Sir Arcie Mallari, the president and founder of SAI.

PBO Feeding Program at Plaza Salamanca!

Pinoy Bloggers Outreach sponsored a feeding program in Plaza Salamanca last May 10th. This event is held every Friday and is hosted by Community Chest Foundation Inc.

Plaza Salamanca, a park at the corner of Taft avenue and T. M. Kalaw street, serves as home for indigents, mostly children.

Pinoy Bloggers Outreach #2: Bahay ni Maria

Last March 20th, PBO held its second outreach project in Bahay ni Maria in Calamba, Laguna. Bahay ni Maria is a home for the abandoned elderly and children with special needs managed by the Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Fatima. 

We arranged a short program, brought in some snacks and gave away goodie bags for all the grannies. It was a short visit but we can never forget the heartwarming smiles of the lolas, their emotional hugs and sincere thank-you's.
